Staying at the Pan Pacific for 3 nights in March was a great experience. The rooms were perfect for our needs, with a good size and well-appointed amenities, including a comfortable king-size bed and ample storage space for our belongings. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Singapore's bustling shopping area. While the service was friendly, there were some opportunities for improvement, especially in terms of responsiveness. Dining options were fantastic but booking for popular times could be challenging.
